“I was visiting Hawaii’s Big Island this past September for a wedding. I had two full weeks to explore, and I totally fell in love with the island and the fun, relaxed atmosphere. In addition to shooting a wedding and checking out the city of Kailua Kona, I planned an extra shoot at a Black Sands beach with Caleb + Cece.”

“Mich + Justin planned such a fun, memorable day. Not only did they opt to keep their wedding day small - with under 15 guests - they also made it very intentional. With an outdoor ceremony in the forest and a quiet dinner with family afterward.”

“OF COURSE, we had to end the day with some CELEBRATION! At dusk, they popped some champagne amongst the Joshua Trees, chugged the whole dang thing and smashed some delicious cake in each other’s faces under the starry desert sky.”
